Previous works

• Doctoral Dissertation (2003): Nonlinear and Chaotic Front Dynamics in Semiconductor Superlattices
  I studied the charge dynamics in semiconductor superlattices theoretically on the basis of a semiclassical sequential tunneling model. Depending on the model parameters, moving or stationary electron accumulation and depletion fronts are obtained.
